Shipping Methods

We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. In-stock items ship within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your items to arrive on your door step.

Please allow additional time for shipment during promotional events or holidays.

We typically ship via USPS or UPS Ground shipping services.

Free Shipping

Free shipping offers are only available to customers within the continental U.S on orders over $75.

International Customers

At this time we do not ship internationally. Thank you for your interest in our products and we hope to be able to serve you soon!

 

Return Policy

Callieco is happy to accept returns/exchanges on any items that are in their original condition along with all packaging no more than 14 days after the product is received.

Please contact us here or by emailing calliecohome@gmail.com to start the return process. Please include your order number in the comment section as well as the item(s) you wish to return. An order number will be required as proof of purchase. Returns will be processed in 3-5 business days once received.

Callieco is unable to pay for return shipping for all returns and exchanges and will not provide customers with a return label. Please include your tracking number for your return/exchange in the email thread once your return/exchange is shipped.

Returns and exchanges will not be processed until the item is received to us. Callieco is not responsible for lost returns. Proof of return is valid only when tracking through the shipping provider says "delivered" to Callieco. Refund amounts cover the cost of the item(s) returned and not any shipping costs paid by the customer.

Damaged Items

If an item is received damaged or defective, photographs of the shipment and the damaged or defective items are required when requesting a replacement or refund.

 

Non-Refundable Items

Clearance items, discontinued items, gift certificates, and custom items are final sale and are not able to be returned. Items with no proof of purchase are non-refundable. Items purchased from a Callieco retailer cannot be returned to Callieco and must be returned to the retailer where they were purchased via the retailer's return policy.
